ABOUT US

Double-Loop Consulting was founded by Martin Crook in 2017 to provide change management consulting and also leadership and team development to organisations.  He believes that change management, leadership and people management act in synergy. He also believes that working in the field on projects allied to a strong foundation in organisation and change management theory helps him be a much better consultant and practitioner.

About Martin Crook:

Martin has worked extensively within blue chip organisations as an internal consultant and an external consultant.  He has experience as a freelance and with extremely large and more boutique consulting organisations.  He holds a Masters In Organisation Consulting from Ashridge  Business School and a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Brighton.

His industry experience includes Oil and Gas, Life Sciences, Aviation, Utilities, Telecoms, Car manufacturing, and the NHS.

He has lived and worked around the world and loves working in diverse organisations.
